SheJumps | Summer Running Meet-up Series | Portland | OR

We will meet at Glen Otto Park in parking lot and head to Sandy River Delta for a casual run. This is a dog-friendly park, so feel free to bring your four-legged running buddy. There will be options for 3 mile and 5 mile routes. All paces are welcome - walkers, runners, and everything in between!

Cost: Free! (Suggested donation of $5-10 to SheJumps)

What to expect:

Wear clothing and shoes you will be comfortable running in based on the weather. Bring any water or snacks you'd like to have with you. Restrooms are available at the park. We will have some refreshments for participants post-run.

Timeline:

• 9:00 - 9:15 - Meet your fellow runners and organize into pace/distance groups.
• 9:15 - 10:00 - Run!
• 10:00 - 11:00 - Time to mingle and hang out at the park

Who: We welcome all women and girls (transgender and cisgender) as well as non-binary people to participate in this event. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian through the entire event. Please leave your pets at home for this event.

Parking and getting to the event: The parking lot at the park is large but fills up quickly on summer weekends. It costs $2 per hour to park. There are additional free parking lots as part of Lewis and Clark State Recreation Site about 0.5 mile away.

To find us day-of: Look for our Event Coordinator, Catie, with a SheJumps sign in the parking lot.

Accessibility & facility information: The trail is unpaved. , and is not an ADA trail. There are bathrooms are available at the park.

Cancellation Policy

Since this is a free event to register for, you can cancel at any time in your Eventbrite account. If you do need to cancel last minute, please email the event lead if you cannot attend so we know not to look for you the day of the event. Optional donations made during registration will not be refunded.
